Our dedicated staff works hard to ensure that we always get your purchase right the first time, however, if you are experiencing issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it. Please contact us and we may be able to help you with your issue. If your product has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days* of purchase to any Saffire Vapor location. You must provide proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, online purchase invoice or customer purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. Since quantities may be limited, we may not have the exact product replacement at the time of your return.
Due to the delicate nature and the considerable use of the products we sell, the Saffire Vapor return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
