Due to Federal Laws and State Laws restricting, or banning the online sales of vaping products, we are unable to allow sales or shipments to the following States and locales:

District Of Columbia

Hawaii
Maine
Massachusetts
Nebraska
New Jersey
New York
Oregon
Rhode Island
South Dakota
Utah
Vermont
Additionally, we do not ship outside of the United States.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we carefully consider all refund requests.
Refund requests can be sent to us within 30 days of original purchase date.
All products to be returned must not be opened, have 80% left of the product, or exhibit a defect.
To return a product, you will need to contact us at contact@saffirevapor.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Return Reason
- Photos Of Product Condition
Our customer service team will email you within 24-48 hours of your request.
If accepted, you will need to send the unit(s) back to the address provided by customer service.
Upon our receipt of the product(s), you will be refunded the original purchase price minus shipping and handling.
Refused or returned packages or product(s) that are sent to us without prior approval from customer service are not eligible for a refund.
